Depending on the position, flexible work arrangements are available, including a hybrid schedule. In addition to generous PTO (168 hours in the first year of employment for full time employees) the Foundation is closed for nine paid holidays. The Foundation president designates additional floating paid holidays throughout the year.

SMIF pays 100% of eligible employee’s health premiums, and pays a portion for dependent and/or spousal coverage.
Retirement
SMIF matches 100% of 401(k) contributions up to 5% of salary. Employees are 100% vested immediately.
